The reason why sauna belts are widely used is that they can be used while doing other things. If you follow a diet program, you have to go carefully through the instructions. If you are doing physical workouts, you need to set apart a few hours of your daily routine. There is no dispute that a diet program or a physical workout gives best results for your overall health. The problem for most people in these days of hectic work schedules is that they may not be able to follow such strict diets or exercise daily. For those people, sauna belts are offering an alternative. Sauna belts are widely available online in several countries such as India.

How does a sauna belt work? The Sauna belt generates and applies heat on the most problematic body parts to help flush out and eliminate toxins. This is portable and fits all size belt. You can wear it around abdomen, waist, back & hips where you want to reduce the fat. To use it just wear the Sauna Belt around the chosen body part and let the belt do all the work. If you can manage to heat the body part properly, you can melt down some of the adipose tissues or fatty cells under the skin. Sauna belts also ease muscle pains. It is similar to hot packs, but an electrically operated one. After using the Sauna Belt, your metabolism is enhanced and the pounds will just melt away. The Sauna Belt should surround your body without being creased, doubled over or folded. Do not strap the Sauna Belt on too tightly to achieve the sauna effect.

However, there are some precautions and usage habits that you need to take care of.

There can be sauna belt side effects if not used properly. Your session span should not exceed 50 minutes per day. Using it for a longer period can cause some skin burning or irritation. If you felt uncomfortable, take it off.

Check to see if the supplied mains voltage is the same as the operating voltage of the sauna belt. Since you can carry this sauna belt wherever you go, you have to make sure about these electrical settings and the temperature regulator is switched OFF. Plug the Sauna Belt into the mains. Turn the dial on the temperature regulator to the Maximum position so the device heats up quickly. At the end of the session, towel off the sweat and wait 15 or 20 minutes before showering or having a bath, eating or drinking cold drinks.

Once you have finished your sauna session, take off the Sauna Belt and spread it out on a flat surface until it cools down. Clean it with a damp cloth and dry it. Store it in a dry place.
